Helen, a certified Radical Forgiveness Therapy Practitioner, is also a professionally qualified social worker and holistic psychotherapist. She has worked in the adult mental health service since the early 1990’s. She believes we can make the changes we want in our lives when we find the right tools. A good place to start is by accepting ourselves where we are today. Radical Forgiveness works; it shows us how to make peace with both our past and present relationships.
